Trekking and mountain expeditions in the Everest Region are highly dependent on weather conditions. We attempt to schedule our trips at the most favorable time, but in case of extreme scenarios, domestic flights to Lukla may be delayed or canceled. In such cases, please note that expenses for additional days beyond the total itinerary duration will be borne by the client. Taktok Brothers will, however, make necessary arrangements for the accommodation of porters and guides. If you prefer alternative arrangements, such as a helicopter flight to avoid delays, we can organize it at a nominal extra charge.
Additionally, Taktok Brothers will not be liable for any compensation for losses due to missed international flights. However, we will assist in making necessary arrangements to minimize your loss. To avoid missing flights, we recommend maintaining flexible time frames before trip departure and after trip departure.
