Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), you'll go through necessary immigration procedures to obtain the Nepal Entry Visa. A representative will be there to welcome you and transfer you to the pre-booked 4-star hotel at an altitude of 1400m. After settling in, take some time to rest and freshen up.
This day involves completing official procedures, obtaining permits, and necessary documentation for the expedition. Following this, you'll have time for city sightseeing. The day also includes expedition preparation, packing, essential shopping, and briefings on all aspects of the journey. Use this time to get acquainted with fellow climbers.
After a scenic flight to Lukla, embark on a trek to Phakding, situated at 2610m. This day involves obtaining permits, walking through diverse terrains, and crossing suspension bridges along the Dudh Koshi river.
Trek to Namche Bazaar, the commercial hub of the Khumbu region. Take in the sights of lush forests, diverse wildlife, and acclimatize. A day is dedicated to reaching Everest View Point, exploring the village, and visiting local attractions.

We aim to plan our trips during the most optimal periods, however, in case of severe weather conditions, domestic flights to Lukla may be postponed or canceled. In such instances, any additional costs incurred due to extended days beyond the planned itinerary will be the client’s responsibility. Nonetheless, Taktok Brothers will organize accommodations for porters and guides. If you prefer to avoid potential flight delays, we can arrange for a helicopter flight at a minimal additional cost.
Taktok Brothers cannot provide compensation for losses stemming from missed International Flights, but we will certainly assist in making necessary arrangements to reduce your losses. To prevent missing flights, we recommend maintaining a flexible schedule before and after the trip departure.
