Trip Notes

Please keep the following points in mind:

Climbers are strongly advised to undergo thorough physical and mental preparation to acclimate to the remoteness, high altitudes, and separation from their families. It is recommended to carry a minimal amount of valuable belongings. Pack both lightweight cotton clothes for your stay in Kathmandu and warm clothing for the Himalayas. Always carry a copy of your passport and photos with you.

Trekking and mountain climbing in the Everest Region are significantly influenced by weather conditions. While we strive to schedule our trips during the most favorable times, extreme scenarios may lead to delays or cancellations of domestic flights to Lukla. In such cases, please note that additional expenses for extra days, beyond those mentioned in the itinerary, will be the responsibility of the client. However, Taktok Brothers will arrange necessary accommodations for porters and guides during extended delays. For those seeking alternative arrangements, such as a helicopter flight to avoid delays, we can facilitate it for a nominal extra charge.
